Overview
As the Lead UI Designer, I was responsible for designing the entire user interface of a large-scale online gaming platform offering real-money gameplay to international users. The platform featured a wide variety of categories, including slot games, eSports, sports betting, fishing games, and traditional board games.
My Role
Lead UI Designer (solo design lead)
Owned the complete UI—from wireframes to high-fidelity design and handoff
Collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and Asset team (3D, Motion, Illustrator)
Delivered responsive designs for both desktop, h5 and mobile platforms, including logo proposals, and promotion materials
Impact
Helped shift the product focus from aesthetics to clarity, usability, and long-term maintainability
Built a design foundation that reduces handoff friction and allows us to move faster—aligned with dev workflows and priorities
Maintained an 80% client selection rate across 24+ B2B template designs annually, driving consistent income for the company.
